Two Rivers CDC is developing a program for Native American veterans in King County, funded in part, by 4Culture. This program incorporates traditional Native teachings as an integral part of stress reduction to improve balance: emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. The program consist of both indoor and outdoor activities; dress comfortably.
There are no fees or costs for participating.
This is a pilot program.
Limited to 10 participants committed to participating in both days of the program. Register to participate.
The extended program will be held in spring 2027.
Additional Guidelines
- Lunch and snacks will be provided. Dietary restrictions should be identified when registering
- Service dogs only, no ESA (emotional support animals) or pets
- No weapons or drugs
- Cell phones to be secured in vehicles and used only during breaks
