The Reflection Center offers unique and personalized training for individuals or small groups. The center utilizes indoor and/or outdoor venues conducive to meditation, smudging, drumming, yoga and other self-reflective activities. With direct access to more than 125 acres of heavily wooded public land, walks may be in single meditation or in silent groups. We offer traditional business training, growth strategies, staff development, strategic planning, market and client development; most of which is at no cost to the attendees. Integral to our program are methods of stress reduction and mindfulness.
The center is also available for client developed/delivered training.
