COASTAL 29 FISH PASSAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT DESCRIPTION
WSDOT has identified 29 streams and culvers that cross under US 101 and State Route 109 in
Grays Harbor, Jefferson, and Clallam Counties that Kiewit will make improvements to starting
in 2023 that will restore access to upstream habitat for salmon and other resident species

Kiewit will be requesting quotes soon from MSVWBE and Tribal Member owned small business
enterprises who are subcontractors, suppliers & service providers in support of Kiewit’s Prime
Contract with WSDOT on the Coastal 29 Fish Passage Improvement Contract MSVWBE Small Business Subcontractor work scopes include but are not limited to:

Concrete Flatwork – Electrical Work (Temporary) – Landscaping – Paving and Pavement Marking – Potholing (Utility Locates) – Settlement & Vibration Monitoring – Survey Work – Traffic Control & Signage – Trucking – Utilities
